This real world experience, including retail pedestal deployments at 170 Crate & Barrel stores, has allowed WW to design and build pedestals with a 10 year projected service life in high traffic retail environments. Quality plywood and particle board are used as substrates to provide strength and impact protection. Lock miters are used to increase the glue surface and all pedestals are precisely machined using advanced CNC routers and cross locking corners at the bottom to increase strength and support weights up to 300 lbs.
